- Return Window: You have 60 days from the date your order was delivered to request a return or refund. If 60 days have passed since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

- Standard Returns/Satisfaction Guarantee: The customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs for non-defective items (e.g., change of mind or personal preference). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items: If you received a damaged product or the wrong item, Buried Treasure will provide a prepaid return shipping label or send a replacement at no cost to you.
