Each serving provides 1000 mg of vitamin C and 15 mg of zinc gluconate—nutrients that contribute to normal immune system function. These are complemented by elderberry and echinacea, along with a wide range of plant-based ingredients including goldenseal, olive leaf, white willow bark, marshmallow, thyme, cat’s claw, ginger root, osha root, usnea lichen, myrrh, and andrographis.
